Patna,(BiharTimes): The president of Bihar unit of the
Bharatiya Janata Party, Mangal Pandey, on Sunday said that if
chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi wants to cross over his party
may consider his plea.
Talking to the media in Darbhanga he appreciated Manjhi and
said that it would be wrong to call him a weak chief minister.
He called Manjhi a simple man.
Mangal Pandey’s statement came only a few days after senior
party leader Sushil Kumar Modi’s remarks in this regard. The
latter on Sunday once again repeated his offer to Manjhi.
While talking to the media at Kadwa in Katihar district SuMo
said that the ruling JD(U) MLAs are themselves out to bring
down the state government.
