Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Thursday once again claimed that his government is doing better than that of the former chief minister Nitish Kumar.He said in Banka that in the past the government could not spend more than 30% to 45% of the budgetary allocation while “a poor man Manjhi” managed to spend 58% of the budget on welfare works.

Manjhi said his efforts to stop the loot of government funds pained some people who were working overtime to oust him. The chief minister said that his government is getting things done in Rs 2 crore against Rs 10 crore spent for the same by the earlier governments.
