Patna,(BiharTimes): Commenting on Barack Obama’s advice to Indians on religious tolerance Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday said that the United States President delivered a big slap on the face of the BJP and Sangh Parivar leaders.

Talking to the media he said that by stating just one line Obama had smeared the face of the BJP leaders who are boasting that the visit of the US President on the occasion of Republic Day was a diplomatic victory.Obama made these remarks while addressing a meeting at Siri Fort Auditorium.

Lalu also asked as to why Lal Krishna Advani has been honoured with Padma Vibhushan. What was his achievement? Was he honoured for demolishing Babri Masjid or undertaking Rath Yatra from Somnath to Ayodhya which sparked off division in the society and led to the death of so many people in the country.

It was during this Rath Yatra that Lalu, then the chief minister of Bihar, got Advani arrested on October 23, 1990.
