Nitish to call all-party meeting on Finance Commission recommendation
Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Nitish Kumar said on Monday that he would call an all-party meeting to discuss and then approach the Centre on the issue of the recommendation of the 14th Finance Commission.
Talking to the media on the sidelines of the Janata Darbar he reiterated that due to its recommendation Bihar would suffer a loss of Rs 50,000 to 55,000 crore in the next five years. He said that the process of the merger of the parties belonging to the Janata Parivar is on and in principle all of them have agreed.
This is the first Janata Darbar after Nitish Kumar returned to the power on February 22.
