Patna (Bihar
Times): After arresting the controversial builder, Anil Sharma, the Patna Police
on Tuesday gave a clean chit to controversial JD(U) MLA Anant Singh in the murder
case of Kajal (Reshma), whose badly decomposed body was found near Shashtrinagar
police station here on October 31.
According to the DIG (Patna range) Sunil Kumar, a conspiracy was hatched by a
city builder to get the MLA
and two others falsely implicated in the murder case.
It needs to be mentioned that a couple of days back Anil wrote to the chief minister
seeking police protection as he feared threat to his life from Anant Singh.
Sunil Kumar said the builder was earlier close to Anant
Singh but had recently fallen out with him over some
monetary disputes. Thus he hatched a conspiracy and
wrote letter to the chief minister, leader of the opposition,
some police officers and the media under
a fictitious name Reshma. The letter said that she have been repeatedly raped
by the MLA, Mukesh Singh,
a builder, and the legislator's bodyguard Bipin Singh. According
to the DIG the builder then established contact
with Kajal, an employee at a mens beauty parlour, and got her strangled
to death on October 28 before dumping her body in a bush under Shastri Nagar police
station in Patna. However, he could not explain the reason as to why Anil chose
Kajal, a deserter, a no other woman to settle score with Anant Singh. Apart
from Anil, the police also arrested Mohsin Qadri of Munger for posing as Munna,
the so called brother of Reshma. It needs to be mentioned that the NDTV reporter,
Praskash Singh, came in touch with Munna over phone to get the view from Reshma
side. Mohsin, according to police, was blackmailed by Anil to do so.
Comment As
we seen the whole controversy over the murder of Reshma and the false allegation
made on Anant singh. Now it's totally cleared that Anant Singh was not involved
at any how and now it seems there was little bit of conspirancy from the side
of NDTV reporter Prakash Singh to get him self famous and to come in the lime
light.
