Patna, (Bihar Times): Indira Gandhi Institute of
Cardiology will soon become a teaching institute.
Green signal has been given for setting up Diploma in
National Examination Board course.
According to Dr S N Mishra, the director of IGIC, the
admission for the three-year super-spciality course
will start from the end of the current year. In the
beginning DNB will be granted in general cardiology.
Later on new subjects will be included.
Dr Mishra said that after the introduction of DNB
course handling complicated cases would become more
easy and efficient.
