I got opportunity to meet Nitish Kumar on 13th June in Shanghai. CM spoke about improved law and order situation and better roads in Bihar. He also mentioned that number of foreign tourists visiting Bihar has increased many folds. If we can make even 1% Chinese tourists to visit Bihar it will be a huge number. He spoke about women empowerment by giving 50% reservation to them in Panchayat. Lakhs of teachers were appointed with good numbers of women teachers.There are plans to appoint more teachers shortly. He also talked about the plans to revive the Nalanda University. Nitish told that India foreign minister was asking him to visit China and it was long pending. His visit in coinciding with 2600 year of Lord Buddha enlightenment.
